Awesome Workout!!
I love that they are open during the day and not just limited to a class schedule ! The classes are challenging in a good way. The instructors encourage to go at your pace and that's important to me. Very flexible and the staff are very friendly! Worth every cent! And a huge plus that they are clean and organized!
