My family and I went there to celebrate my uncle's bday on Jan 18, 2019....although we had a large group, we had a few challenges. 1) we had only 1 wait person who seem to be overwhelmed, we did't see the addt'l help until it was time to check out. 2) Half the group were finished eating before the other half rec'd their plates. 3) After closing out our tab and numerous individuals had left, those that stayed continued to order drinks...finally closing those individual tabs, we noticed that gratuity was charged on our bills. We informed our closing waiter, Ernesto, that we would like for it to be removed, especially since we had already closed our tab 45 minutes prior! He proceeded to 'heated discussion' with one of my family members concerning whether or not it should be paid...we were all in shock! And finally, coming out of the ladies restroom and observing one of the female workers not washing there hands after coming from one of the stalls was absolutely nauseating.
