Crystal Nwagwu, MD, MHA, earned her medical degree in 2014 at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. She then relocated to Texas to complete her Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2017. Dr. Nwagwu joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified primary care physician in September 2025. As a Family Medicine physician, she provides comprehensive primary care for all ages, offering well checks and treating conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, hyperlipidemia, musculoskeletal disorders, thyroid disorders, obesity, and acute illnesses like the common cold, sinusitis, flu, and more.
