Neya Sterling, MD, is a pediatrician who attended Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio, earning her medical degree in 2022. She then relocated to Texas, completing her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2025. Dr. Sterling joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Pediatrics department in July 2025. Dr. Sterling strives to support her patients' physical and mental health, providing holistic and personalized care to them and their families. In addition to providing well care, she also offers sick care for acute conditions such as viral and bacterial infections and injuries, as well as management of chronic childhood conditions such as asthma. Dr. Sterling’s clinical interests include preventive care, sports medicine, and mental health.
